Hi Akhilesh,
The New Review Request page doesn't support any special kind of HTML diffs.
It only accepts the same diffs that post-review generates. Standard CVS and
SVN diffs, custom Perforce diffs, and anything else post-review provides.
Generally, you should use post-review.
