Andrew,
It's always been that way, because trying to (reliably) track comments
forward to a new revision is a pretty hard problem that we haven't gotten
around to solving. I usually open a couple windows side by side to show the
reviews page and the new diff when I want to do this, but that's definitely
not an amazing solution.
