This sounds like you hit some of the packaging problems that we encountered
with 1.7.17. Please upgrade to 1.7.18

I am using git repositories w/ RB 1.7.17.
I had migrated RB to a different server. While configuring the server I
re-installed RB. When I started RB, I performed the rb-site upgrade to go
from RB 1.7.15 to 1.7.17. I thought that the migration had failed (symptoms

After clicking New Review Request, selecting the repository, uploading a
diff, and selecting Create Review Request. the UI (browser) is virtually
unresponsive.
The only buttons that work are Download Diff and View Diff. I cannot
add reviewers. I cannot enter text for a Description or Summary. Clicking
on Publish does nothing, i.e. an error dialog is not generated. It cannot
be discarded via the browser but I was able to submit an existing review.
When I select View Diff the side-by-side diff is generated for the first
file. Then the spinners just go around in the Files Changed section and
the side-by-side section below.
Once I click on View Diff, the logfile shows this:

There are no errors in the lighttpd-error.log file.
The Review Request never times out.
I used rbt close on a pre-existing review and it worked. It seems like
the problem is browser/django related.
Any ideas? Or, any ideas of how to troubleshoot this?
