Thanks for the super fast responses. Turns out our local cron-job
sync'ed repo copy was in the middle of a conflicted merge and we
didn't notice. Whoops!

--full-index to git diff. By default, git diff will generate short revision
SHA1s, whereas github requires long revision SHA1s.
