Where there is an unpublished draft, the contents of all diffs are
just the same (that doesn't matter). If you can't see the draft, you
can just download the diff and then upload it again to create a draft.
The step
I'm a bit confused here. The URL you provided is a 404 because it has
filenames in it, and we don't support that. It should only have revisions in
that part of the URL. There also shouldn't be an entry for this on drafts.
Can you provide a simple example on http://demo.review-board.org/ ?
