Re: PNG picture review and PDF review doesn't work

2018-02-23 Thread Christian Hammond
Hi Ondrej,

You're right, it should switch to the default. I'm not sure why it didn't,
but I'm flagging this to investigate for the next release.

Re: PNG picture review and PDF review doesn't work

2018-02-22 Thread Ondrej Volf
Thank you Christian. Changing it to /media/ and flushing caches did the
trick.

However the description under Media URL was kind of confusing since it is
written there "The URL to the media files. Leave blank to use the default
media path on this server". I understood this sentence that leaving it
blank would be exactly the same as writing the default /media/.

Re: PNG picture review and PDF review doesn't work

2018-02-21 Thread Christian Hammond
It should be /media/ by default, yes. Blank would be incorrect (and we'll
have to update our logic to validate this).

You might need to clear memcached and your browser cache after making the
change, just to ensure that you're not seeing stale content.

 Hi Ondrej,

Can you check that your Power Pack license is still valid?

If it is, can you open the browser’s developer console, reload the
page, and check for any errors?

The Media URL is left blank so the default media path is used. Default is
just "/media/", right? I have tried few different paths, but neither had
any impact.

Files are correctly uploaded to the server and can be downloaded back

I have tried to find similar problems but encountered only one similar

Re: PNG picture review and PDF review doesn't work

2018-02-20 Thread Ondrej Volf
Hello Christian,

since the installation I haven't activated yet the power pack license and
so far was testing the features only with 2 provided accounts. Also as far
as I understand the power pack shouldn't be required for image rewiev,
which doesn't work as well, is this correct?

In the web developer console there are GET errors 404 for the files that
are not working. The files are correctly uploaded in the uploaded/files/
directories, but are not accessible through GET function. These files can
be downloaded through download though.
