What errors are you hitting? Note that you have to make sure Apache (if
you're using Apache) has a home directory configured in order for it to
work. As of beta 2, any new installations (not existing ones) will
automatically have this set to "$sitedir/data/".

Support for this is being added to Review Board 1.5. The 1.5 beta 1
supports it, though you may hit some regressions. Beta 2 will be out
soon.
