We upgraded some of our JavaScript dependencies and it regressed moving the 
comment dialog and autocomplete. We're working on the fixes and will put out a 
beta 3 in time.

Doh. I'm realizing now that those command lines weren't including -f 
http://downloads.reviewboard.org/releases/ReviewBoard/1.7

These aren't stable releases, so you have to opt in to those install paths.

Word of warning: There are some issues with bits of the UI elements in beta 2.

That's exactly the same problem as mine with the same errors from the 
second command (only upgrading 1.6.11 to 1.6.12).
My Python is 2.7.3.
