### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR removes `sql("command").collect()` workaround in PySpark tests codes.
### Why are the changes needed?
They were added previously to work around within Spark Connect. This is
fixed now, so we don't need to call `collect` anymore.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No, test-only.
### How was this patch tested?
CI in this PR should test it out.
