    [MINOR][TEST] Add `finally` clause for `sc.stop()`

    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    
    Add `finally` clause for `sc.stop()` in the `test("register and deregister 
Spark listener from SparkContext")`.
    
    ## How was this patch tested?
    Pass the build and unit tests.
