If I create new ticket the sytem request me to input data on text box
(exampe: cc and subject).
Is it possible if I add 2 text box and 1 dropdown on the page?
Because I need some information extra for our ticket.

I am looking for documentation on using different runtime objects like
$TicketObj / $TransactionObj etc. Can you please let me know if it is available
