There's a Gantt Chart link on the Links block of the ticket. You also

When I try to use the search, RT takes custom field value as a string, even if
it has a number.
This causes problems when searching and sorting:
100 is less than 2, and so on.
Is there a way to search using field values as numbers rather than strings?
