Hi I am having troubles with a few tickets.
Behaviour is that the Responses to 2 tickets always end up in the Approval
list, but at the same time, the message is recorded in the proper ticket.
Has anyone seen this behaviour? and how do I fix this ?
All other tickets behave OK.
