Hi,
We want to be able to turn off outgoing mail for one or two specific queues.
However, the scrips that govern outgoing messages on create are global and
don't have the option to turn them off for a single queue. Is there a way
around this that I'm not seeing?
Thanks,
- Dan

We had this issue before. Are you using PostGres as your database? We found
that once we vacuumed the database, it resolved the issue.

The issue isn't really the output, its the 30 to 40 seconds it takes to load
the ticket. I guess though it maybe nice not to see it fill up the log all
the itme.

Hi,
We have an issue with merged tickets taking a very long time to load, up to
30 seconds. The sub TicketOverloay::Load is called a lot, logging 6000 lines
of 'found merged ticket'.
Is this just how it works or is there a problem here?

I've not removed any that existed since the update, but your right, it
doesn't exist. I'll add it and that should sort it out, thank you.

I have an issue where if I go to add a comment to a ticket and enter someone
into the Bcc field, no e-mails are sent to that person when I save the
comment. Is this an issue anyone else has or is this local to my verion?
(This is RT 3.6.4)

I'm trying to change the way RT looks by overriding various files in the
local dir. However, I'm not having much luck with images. Can images be
overridden using the local dir? More so, can images used in the CSS be done
this way?
