gives the tickets in ID order even though I've specified a different
order.
Is there a step that I have skipped?
Thanks.

I do have one working that simply grabs a number from the subject
line, so I believe that the ExtractCustomField add-on is working
properly. Could some kind regexp/rt expert point me in the right
direction?
Thank you.

Hi All,
I am using RT 3.6.4 on CentOS 5.0. Everything stock seems to be
working fine.
I've defined a few custom fields, one of which I am using as an
appointment date field. I would like to create a saved search called
"Today's Assignments" that automatically searches the date field for
g the ticket starts the update, but generates the same error
when the Update button is pressed. I've pasted in sanitized
supporting information below the error.
Thanks for any help/advice you can offer.

Hi All,
As the root user, I do have a list of saved searches on RT At A
Glance, but as my regular user I do not.
I started this morning with 3.6.1 and upgraded successfully to 3.6.3.
Is there a configuration change I need to make?
Thanks.
