Thanks Trev for the quick response, there was a problem with our mail sending server which was the reason RT was not able to receive the mails. We fixed it and now RT is able to receive the mails and generate the tickets automatically. Thanks once again for the help. Thanks, Bharath. On Tue, Sep

Just to be clear here: *Broken*: Fetchmail from your RT server, pulling email from an account on your email server (exchange or whatever) *Working*: Sendmail from your RT server, pushing notifications from the RT server to your email recipients The error you post, looks like sendmail
