Hi, I'm using RT 3.8.17 and installed RT::Extension::SLA 0.07, currently testing it. When I set a ticket status to Stalled the due date gets unset, and this is what I want. However, when I set the ticket status back to open, the due date is set back to the original value, it may correspond

Hi, I wish to setup the rt-crontool (RT 3.6.17) to find tickets not acknowledged after 6 hours by using the Told field. I am not able to select those ticket because the value of the Told field is Not set. I've tried using '1970-01-01 00:00:00' but it does not work. /opt/rt3/bin/rt-crontool
