We are checking out this upgrade and having problems. Seems anytime a
user changes from the RT at a glance screen to any other, it goes back
to the login screen. We are running on an oracle database with a custom
LDAP, since our LDAP is numeric.
___
I have been running 3.6 in a test mode trying to figure out what is
causing this. I suspected it may have been due to customizations we have
done to link in our corporate LDAP, but after taking the share/html
files and modifying them with our custom lines, it still fails.
Have stumbled on the
No I don't have ssl enabled. Also not using dbd-mysql, since our
database is oracle.
Haven't seen this problem on 3.4.5, only 3.6.0

We had a similar problem. Solution was to put the numeric id in the

loading a user, do a LoadByGecos to get the user...

Steve, Don
Jesse,
You mention You might try backporting the new redirect code from 3.6.
What code is this?
I had my Oracle dba do a database extract and imported it into mysql and
users who were experiencing the re-login, aren't now...
___
Mine is commented out and seem to experience the re-login only on the
first click. For example, after login, if the user just clicks Home, it
says they aren't logged in.

Does someone have a way to throw these types of messages into the trash?
Thanks.

We are looking at creating a common RT system to be shared by 10
