Any interest in creating a section in the wiki dedicated to
documenting
how RT can be used to implement ITIL processes? Seems like a good fit
to
me.
Sounds good to me... sounds also like you have some experience here...
Im a wiki admin and would love to help where I can.

I've corrected a large number (10-15?) pages by going back in the
history and
using that as the base for a new edit, bringing back the content

the spamination... There are pages, however, on which the content
seems
to
be completely gone...
Many of those pages never had
I was wondering if anyone was interested in a simple project

It looks like it is broke or hacked. I keep getting pages that have a
bunch of code and weird web links.
I just cleaned up about 40 edits by spam-bots.
They have been busy this week.
If you ever find a spam'd page... just send a link to the list with
[wiki] in the subject and we will jump on
I have a problem that the client always reply email when quoted text.
But the quoted text is actually stored in the ticket so that it is
duplicated. Is there any settings/functions to hide those quoted text,
like gmail does? It would be a useful feature I think.
This would be handy, and a
Simplest thing here is to remove quoted lines - but only in a
contiguous block at the end of the message.
That'll nuke 90-95% of the problem, based on my (admittedly rather
limited) experience with top-posters.
Sounds good to me. Guess we'd need to define how many lines constitute

Does the same hack work in 3.6?
Thanks

What I've found is that if you have a newer version that it usually
doesn't matter. I had the same problem with XML::RSS. Make testdeps
wouldn't find v1.05 however, I have v1.10 installed. Everything still
worked as expected.
I had some similar problems. I don't remember exactly
Hi List-
Just thought id toss out a message to see if anyone has any comments or
feedback about how using 3.6.0 has been going.. esp. as it applies to
those upgrading from 3.4.x.
Any wild successes? Miserable failures?
How do your users like the new interface?

I hope this makes enough sense to be understandable. I'm sure there's

way to do it. I'm just not versed with apache and WWW enough to know
how to proceed.
sounds like an apache thing, not an RT thing. I'd start with apache and

Logging in, frankly I like the user interface to 3.4.4 better, I think
the lack of shading and borders causes a lot more eye strain,

Does anyone have any screen shots of the new interface handy? Im quite
excited to see it.

I've noticed a few pages that have been wiped out. Here is an example:

Can someone revert this page to it's previous version?
Looks like that was cleaned up specifically. I cleaned up a few others.
Please let me know if you find others
I have literally just done this from 3.2.1 to 3.4.5+AT. I have a
detailed migration plan that I wrote for it and I would be happy to
