dropped into the local tree and it causes breakage such that the mason
handler can't even get going, how do I debug it? I don't see it as
stderr going to Apache and it's not going to syslog, either. Less
catastrophic
If you've got changes under local/, you might try moving those
somewhere else temporarily, dumping your mason cache, and checking to
see if the issue continues.

ways to satisfy the dependencies. I generally try to keep my perl
modules out of the RPM system, so you'd be using CPAN instead of a
package manager/repository like yum.
