Is there some reason you can’t just have your exchange server forward the
mail to RT and process it with rt-mailgate?
In general though, I would expect that if you’re sucking the mail from a
pop3 mailbox, and the mail is getting deleted from exchange it shouldn’t be
an issue with fetchmail.
, it
would inline the text attachments, but that's a misread on my part of
exactly what that setting is for.

RT 4.2.0
A separate software system creates a PDF file, and also a text
summary
/ticket_id but rather prefers just a ticket_id. That's
easy enough to work around - just nuke ticket/. The issue around not
like - indicating take parameters from stdin is more of a hassle.
Suggestions?
thanks

this display in-line automatically?
The text attachment is only 2.5k. Shows up as text/plain 2.5k in RT.
I poked around in there a bit, but didn't see anything that made it clear.
Any help appreciated. Using Google Chrome as a browser.

I had a nice install of 4.0.17 working and we decided to upgrade to 4.2

Any thoughts?

4.0.17 is working great. Might bite the bullet and jump to 4.2 before
we get too far into this.
Thanks for your help.

I don't remember seeing any issues in the original install, and it
wasn't an upgrade of any kind.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
