Exactly my problem as well. Still haven’t found a resolution to recovering a working Rt on 16.04.1. Did a fresh install of Perl using Perlbrew, and even did a fresh install of Rt 4.2.10 as well as 4.4.1 in test environment. Still the same issues with the fastcgi server not staying up. I am think
