Alex, I think you have misunderstood - Yes it is a text box and I would expect I can press enter twice to get a new paragraph. In this case, using Safari, 99% of the time, using Comment or Reply, I cannot press enter. I have to press Ctrl Enter to get a new line. This seems to be a problem

I've got a couple of users who are having problems with using the enter/return key when using RT 4.2.1 with Safari. Ctrl-Enter works, but that is not a good work around for our users. I've replicated this on Safari 6 and Safari 7 on both OS X 10.8/10.9. Is this happening for others? Regards,
