I found the issue is Everyone ( or the user sending the email) needs SeeQueue
on the queue supplied by rt-mailgate so it can be loaded and
$queue->TicketCustomFields produces a Custom Fields objects
Another thread mentions passing a queue: command in order to set cfs. But that
didn't work for me. Maybe if the user has rights to the supplied queue but no
right to.change queues the same result might be achieved.
