It should be in your install tarball.  Looks like someone neglected to
add it to the install list though.  You can grab it from a fresh
tarball.

Hmm..I do not have a an rt-attributes-viewer in my /opt/rt3/sbin/ folder,
and locate can't find one either.

Most likely, he has an old broken Pref-SearchDisplay.
Find his user id, use it to select from the Attributes table and then
use sbin/rt-attributes-viewer to confirm that the format looks wrong.
You can then safely delete it from the database.
