The DevOps Enablement Team (DOET) is tasked with supporting all forms of
DevOps automation, including automated builds, security scans, artifact
creation, deployment, and running of automated tests.  This team oversees
all DevOps activities for the Digital development squads, and is
fundamental to the envisioning and execution of DevOps for Digital.  As a
part of this team, we are key to resolving technical issues for development
teams, support for automation of security scanning/resolution, and
technological improvements to speed delivery of Digital products to
customers.





*Responsibilities:*



The DevOps Lead Engineer will be responsible for independently resolving
Jira tickets for the DevOps Enablement Team.  This includes Jenkins
pipeline modifications, trouble-shooting automated workflows, updating
Python/Groovy scripting, and assisting in improved build, stage, deploy
DevOps automation.  Moreover, this resource is expected to provide design
level details (where appropriate) and support development teams in
resolution of DevOps related issues.



In addition, the DevOps Lead Engineer will be expected to support various
development teams as part of the DevOps shared services group.  This
includes troubleshooting of workflow automation failures, deployment
issues, and release coordination.

• 5-8  years of experience in Adobe campaign

• Understand the customer road-map & current support/development efforts
and suggest future design/solution decisions

• Ability to lead large scale technology solutions primarily using all of
the Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, including Campaign

• Engage periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient
capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features / provide guidance
(relevance and timeframe) to   customer those features and benefits

• Lead discussions and work with respective teams in coming up with
realistic and scalable strategy to implement marketing and personalization
initiatives.

• Build, execute and deliver accurate audience data for assigned campaigns
using marketing automation tool, Adobe

• Research into inquiries and requests regarding audience size and customer
profile

• Review technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaigns

• Experience in Adobe configuration, customer & recipient schema

• Experience in Technical/Campaign Workflows, knowledge in external account
configuration, offer management, data schema, Adobe configuration

• Knowledge in OOTB reports
