Assesses the current state of MDM for improvement opportunities. Works

requirements. Collaborates with Enterprise Architects, Data Platform
Integration, other teams, and third-party vendors. Applies expert knowledge

*Experience:*

Minimum five years in a MDM engineering or developer role. Expert knowledge
of Master Data Management tools such as Informatica MDM. Knowledge of the
capabilities and constraints of the Master Data Management product.

Leads and Managers Mainstream IV DII3 - China


Primary Needs:

* Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure 
(IAI) team at Pharmaceutical client.
* We require a Project Manager to run the Infrastructure-team portion of a 
Phramaceutical client Commercial-run project based out of China.
* Legislation exists requiring Phramaceutical client to position applications 
in China, where the applications are utilized for China (must reside 
in-country). This project will meet the requirements of this legislation in 
China, bringing with it a significant infrastructure component to support the 
effort.
* There will be 2 parallel activities to the project:
o The setup of the Azure Cloud Tennant.
o The build out of a Carrier Neutral Facility (CNF).
o (While overall, these 2 activities will run simultaneously, the Azure Cloud 
Tennant portion will begin first.)
* Regarding the Azure Cloud Tenant, prior experience leading Cloud projects 
(preferably around Microsoft Azure) will gain first look.
* Regarding the buildout from scratch of the supporting infrastructure 
utilizing a CNF, there will be multiple tracks/workstreams that will include 
tasks needed to stand up a CNF, such as networks, hosting, facilities, cloud, 
vendor management, as well as working with our Phramaceutical client management

   - Ensure successful development using Agile and DevOps methodologies of
   complex systems and solutions
   - Lead the entire development life cycle with software engineering best
   practices, including setting coding standards, perform code reviews,
   running SCRUMs with JIRA expertise, source control management (Git,
   Sourcetree, etc.),
   - Gain an understanding of existing codebases and systems for the full
   stack and develop code as needed to support products and solutions.
   Technologies include: Cloud native IaaS and PaaS (Azure, AWS), Web UI
   frameworks (Angular, React, etc. using CLI, grunt, webpack, etc.), API
   definition (RAML, Swagger, JSON), Backend (Java, Databases, etc.),

*Qualifications:*

   Portal, Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, Knowledge
   Management
   - At least 3 years of experience leading other technical team members to

   - At least 5-10 years of experience in demonstrated communication and
   interpersonal skills; written and oral
   - At least 5 years of experience in/with ITIL
   - At least 1 year experience in automation test framework

   - Experience with the configuration of Applications, Modules, Domains,

   - Experience working with Update Sets
