We can do this.

We can do this as well. I would need the usernames of all developers
emailed to me privately. I will default new accounts to normal users and
I will manually add developers as developers.

In terms of user/group management Trac doesn't have that builtin to the
web. It is done via a command line client on the server itself... so
there is a little overhead if you dont mind the 1 to 2 day turnaround. I
will get to things quicker if I can obviously.

Trac is working on anti-spam measures for 0.10 release, but right now
it's in beta. I will update when it gets a full release though.

Hi!

Could we protect our tickets from being altered by Spambots like we do with 
the wiki? It's quite annoying when the bots change the text, for example like 
they did with Ticket #161, where we lost the description completely. Or can 
we get it back somehow?

And by the way, what about mail notifications on ticket changes? :-)
