Anonymous users can no longer create or edit a ticket. Any user that has a
login can however.
Is this good for the time being, or would you like me to enforce that only
certain folks can edit tickets?

The trac site (http://rubyeclipse.mktec.com) has been upgraded to
0.10.2. I installed the WebAdmin and SpamFilter plugins as well.
I have removed the restrictions on anonymous users, we'll see how the
