To keep it simple, don't worry about the rebase right now. The sage-combinat
queue is supposed to work with sage-5.0 and sage-5.1. We will wait until
sage-5.2 is officially out to make it compatible with that. Most likely at that
point everyone needs to switch to sage-5.2

Sage-5.2.rc0 was only after your post, so I take it you downloaded a file
that wasn't the released version yet. The rebase patch is definitely
included in

Martin, best for your would be to install sage-5.1 right now.
thanks, that worked.
This enabled me to rebase the principal_specialization patch, it was a
trivial matter of fixing the indentation. Now all tests pass.
I am just about to commit.
