2sad 1.01 source code released

Hi Sam users, I just released the original source code of 2sad 1.01. You can download it from my web site www.keprt.cz (click Download and go to the bottom of that page). I also just uploaded it to ftp.nvg.ntnu.no archive. I released this source code now as a help in documenting the file
