z80 its a dedicated thingi that only does what its programmed top do

screen$ in ram and could just change the vmpr to point to a fresh one
without having to move the ram to video ram in the first place -

Well as the paging system for SAM was never designed to be 128K
compatible, and the +d hacker used shadow ram on the plus D
interface.. that may explain why it isn't so easy

figured they might at least convert it to sam seeing as the disc
system was reasonably similar
