Win2000 in mixed mode.
For security reasons the company I work for has to switch the win2000

the wired interface when you switch to wireless, and to try re-mapping the
network drives (incase the mapping is somehow tied to the IP address rather than

Looks like the problem I had was caused by being behind on service
packs. The client I was testing with was Windows 2000 with no service
packs applied (oops). Our up-to-date client machines seem to be working
great with our Samba server.
