Hello fellow Samba users,
I have a question that is related to sysvol replication. I have for now
two Samba DC's that are functioning as DNS and Active Directory roles in
my network.
As samba for now does not support sysvol replication, I am replicating
sysvol shares via rsync with -XAavz at

You can find some scripts on the internet or on old list postings:

Has anyone a working rsync script in use for the replication of gpos
between a samba and a win domain controller?
Thanks.

Yes (or something else), because Samba currently doesn't support SysVol
replication.

OK I missed the selinux bit...
Where is your glusterFS mounted in relation to the sysvol share? My
problem seemed to be propagating permisions/xattributes across the mount
point.

Hi,
5 DC's working with GlusterFS 3.4.0~qa9
You *must* mount glusterfs volume with -o acl, selinux
The real filesystem can be mounted without implicitly specifying -o
acl,user_xattr but others are having problems with this
My setup:
5x openSUSE 12.3 x86_64 / 12.2 x86_64
when you run GPMC,
or otherwise it all gets out of sync, right?
cheers,
