Title: Manual QA Tester
Location: Wayne, PA
Duration: 6 Month CTH

NOTE: !!Must Need GC or USC & LOCAL For F2F!!

Job Requirements –
Minimum 7 years experience in MANUAL QA Testing
Expertise in UAT (a Must!)
Familiarity working with on & off shore vendors (must have this experience)
Experience in developing and defining master test plans, test scripts/data
needs from requirements and design documents for

assigned hardware/software releases
Some QTP with some Automation experience (secondary)
Must have good personality, enjoys working in team environment.
Excellent communication skills.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/ equivalent
·5+ years of manual testing experience
·Experience working in leasing, banking or financial services strongly
preferred.
·Experience working in international, multi-cultural environment is
preferred.
·Excellent written and communications skills with a highlight on proven
influencing capabilities
·Good understanding of the IT processes in Software development lifecycle
and testing
·Automation/QTP experience preferred.
·Experience working in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment of software
development
·Experience working in Mobile testing methodology is good to have
·Testing related certifications like ISTQB is preferred
·Must be quality driven and results oriented
·A team player who is detail oriented

Candidate will primarily be manual tester but should have some automation
(70/30 mix).   Could be a senior person who has not worked as a lead yet
but could be their next step.
7+ years experience (but can send less if the candidate has the other specs)
