Management Touchpoint.
*Release Technology and Deployment*
Responsible for Tools Database Development and Support, Project/Release
Deployment Plan Creation, Tracking and Reporting, Training and
Communications Coordination, Field and Call Center Release Notes, Post
Release Business Deployment Support.
*Process, Controls, Governance, and Release *
Governance Management (Weekly Review), Release Risk Assessment and
Controls, Project and Release Readiness Reviews, Metrics and Reporting, UAT
Management, Release Documentation and Artifact Management, and Managed
Project Control Checklist Monitoring
The candidate is expected to translate business requirements into a new
tool implementation (likely Serena)

Skill, Experience General information Required:
Serena Product Knowledge
Serena Implementation Experience (Release Management)
Business Analyst
Excellent Visio and MS office skills (ppt excel) are required.
Excellent Written Comm Skills
UI Experience is preferred
For Release Management Quality team
Capital Markets experience preferred
