Evaluate equipment for performance and interoperability. - Capable of diagramming with Visio. - Facilitate training sessions for peers on new technology solutions, optimization, upgrades, trouble-shooting techniques, new technology and administration tools. - Evaluate tools and management systems and provide management with recommendations. - Work with management to forecast and recommend infrastructure and system application improvements. - Define documentation templates to be used for standards and policy.
