*Candidate must have specific Facets experience in membership, billing,

expertise. The Advisory Consultant will act as *a subject matter expert in
systems configuration and business consulting implementation (I must see
this in the resume)*, utilizing professional concepts and company
objectives to resolve and develop configuration solutions in support of
client and business requirements.



Responsibilities Include:
Leading small teams on client related implementation, support and/or
independent special projects.
Providing design expertise as well as knowledge on core system
functionality, as it applies to the client's business requirements, drawing
on the analyst’s managed care, application system technology and business
experience for delivery.
Performing complex systems configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit
testing on high level customer specific solutions during the client product
implementation.
Providing solutions to solve gaps between external expectations and system
limitations, to include implementing configuration improvements or
streamlined maintenance processes.
Assisting managers in establishing criteria relating to deliverability,
maintenance and design; estimating time frames, quality and the quantity of
resources; and updating and presenting project plans to senior leadership.
Supporting the configuration staff with escalated configuration issues and
providing guidance and feedback on best practices.



Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management, Computer Science, or a related
discipline. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may
be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.

system configuration. Minimum four years experience with FACETS is a must.*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel,
Outlook, Project, PowerPoint and Visio.
Experience with query building using Rapid SQL, MS ACCESS and/or other

Strong technical and mathematical aptitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong comprehension capabilities.

I have a new opportunity for a Data Warehouse candidate. This is a position
that can work from home. There will be a need form this person to travel to
