· 10+ years Java programming experience developing J2EE based
systems.

· 10+ years EJB, JDBC experience

· Expert in Web based applications using various frameworks and
technologies - Java code Optimization, Database query optimization, Load
Balancing, Memory Management, Object Life cycle and Service design

· Extensively worked with the Java / J2EE design patterns, Java
Regular Expressions, Object Oriented Analysis and design - Java/J2EE, SOA,
Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, Multi-threading, Linux in distributed system and
Network Programming Systems development.

· Experience in designing and developing Java based rules, database
designing, Data Modelling and data analysis

· Extensive experience and strong knowledge of design, Development
and architect in java applications, expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JMS,
SOAP, REST, Web Services, Spring Frameworks, Hibernate, Spring MVC, IOC,
Hibernate/JPA, JSP, Struts2

· Define and communicate all requirements related to the project
planning, architecture, implementation, sizing, tuning, and scalability

· Experienced in Architecting, Design & Development, Performance
Tuning and automation

· Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic work
environment

· Provide technical and process leadership for performance test
team through excellent business process knowledge and experience

· Able to interpret business requirements and programming
specifications to write Java programs that solve business needs.

· Significant exposure to and demonstrated proficiency in all
aspects of release management process with good understanding of Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Must be well organized and self-motivated and be able to work
with some or little supervision. Must be individual contributor.

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

· Ability to work with others in a team environment

*Key responsibilities:*

· Planning and executing project development phase.

· Perform system design and specification development, program
logic and flow-charting, testing, debugging, and documentation, although
specific skill requirements could vary based on the type of development
being performed.

· Senior team member responsible for delivering core architecture
solution and complex components.

· Design and develop Custom J2ee based web components using -
Struts 2.1, Spring Web module, JSTL, Ajax, Apache Display Tags , JSP,
Servlets.

· Production support and performance enhancements.

· Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement,
and maintain application software.

· Provides subject matter expertise in performance monitoring,
tuning, analysis, and diagnostics

· Experienced in creating Performance Engineering strategies,
assessing and defining Non-Functional Requirements, Designing Workload
Models by analyzing production statistics

· Good client interaction and communication skills

· Able to along with and work well with others.
