php group ask me to use 'php' not as part of the name of my project.
So i have to rename my project to eWeBuki. Is it possible to change the

I think you sent me the wrong tarball.
The addresses of the FSF aren't updated and you use the wrong
permission-to-copy statements at the beginning of nearly every file of
source code. Also there are filles withouth it.
Please register your project once more with the changes
mentioned above.
