Hello All,

So I've been doing a LOT of research in the legality of running an internet

legal internet radio station is not really possible for most people due to the

I was just thinking today about the legality of streaming all the music that I
do. All of the music on my radio is mixes made by DJs or live DJ sessions.
However, after reading around and looking up on BMI, ASCAP, and the dreaded
SoundExchange, it seems that anything we do with an MP3 requires

So today I had something unusual happen for the first time. A DJ was playing
live (input.harbor) and about 40 minutes into his show, liquidsoap fell back to
the playlist and continued playing the normal playlist that plays when there
isn't a live show.

Sometimes I notice on the radio that music is only coming out of one channel

I have a lot of Djs on my system that play live every day. Its working GREAT!
However, some like to use stickam.com because they can stream video as well. I
know liquidsoap says it does stuff with video, but is streaming video from the

The way my management program works, it relys on this pattern:
Step 1) Current track finishes (Finished with "")
Step 2) Current queued track begins (Prepared ".")
Step 3) Next track is queued (Decoder OGG chosen for "")
... song plays ...
Step 1) Current track finishes (Fini
