The PGN file is bigger even when the games have no comments because it's a
simple text file:

I don't know the technical details, but the SCID format is more compact.

I have unchecked such boxes which helped (scid3 and scid4 attached):
- export comments
- indent comments
- export variations
- indent variations
- convert null moves to comments
Someone can test various configurations to see how big database will be
with some parameters.

I saved a new file as /najdorf-wyniki2.pgn/.
*New file is bigger* than the original one! :O

What is interesting, SCID removed comments in fact..
