Schools chief calls for crackdown on uncertified teachers

As many as 1,750 teachers in Chicago Public Schools are uncertified and would be
forced to pass

Endorsement Forms in your CSSF Handbook.
As of Science Fair 2000, there is no longer a place for the authorizing
signature on the Request Form. Only a signed

Yes, you should be very very afraid of attachments with ".exe" extensions.
Do NOT open them. Delete them, then empty your recycle bin, then re-boot.
Better yet, get and install some good anti-virus software
