Intriguing...

Common, give us your thoughts. Is it the idea of Abrams behind the film? Afraid
he'll make it into a Mission: Impossible 3 style actioner? Not happy about
the theme of Kirk and Spock: The Early Years? Not feeling Silar as Spock?
What's the skinny?
I will say, Quinto does such a phenomenonl
Actually, I think Quinto will doa great job as Spock. My problem with the
movie, now as always, is that it's *too soon*. This is just cashing in on the
brand name, and I doubt seriously that it'll significantly contribute to the

While reading about the career of Zachary Sylar Quinto, I came across a Wiki
entry that said he'd guest-starred in a short-lived series called The Others
back in 2000. Somehow I'm completely blanking on this show. I don't remember
it, don't think I even caught the pilot. Star Julianne Nicholson
However, NoBrainsChannel didn't like it as well. Kept moving or pre-empting it
for crap shows.

I liked it a lot. It was about a group of psychics.

Anyone remember this show? Was it any good?
It was really good. I really enjoyed the show. I wish that they would bring
it back. Great mix of young and old actors.
Now, I'm with you on that Spam! Shoot, can't remember how many cold winter
mornings saw me tearing into a fried spam and mayonnaise sandwich at school! Or
how often Mom would cook up a Saturday morning breakfast of fried spam and
eggs. I love that stuff, though I don't eat it much anymore. You

oh man, thanks for posting this! I never saw Tom Terrific, but I fondly
remember the other 'toons. Sydney the Elephant, the neurotic elephant always
getting into trouble, was hilarious. Didn't Carol Channiing voice one of the
characters? That 'toon always ended each ep with the lion, who'd
