NEW ORLEANS — Democrat Barack Obama suggested Thursday that Hillary
Rodham Clinton follow his lead and release her and her husband's income
tax returns so the public can see where the $5 million she loaned her
presidential campaign came from.
A day earlier, Clinton acknowledged that she had
No surprise there. And, of course, they'll concoct some crap to go alongside
it. I've heard that the second series of Sarah Jane is somewhat *less*
child-friendly, closer to Torchwood in spots.

I like the show, but the way they write the character of the actress

I find the article unclear as to what Sen. Obama actually suggested
and who initiated the topic. It seems from the article that he did
not bring up the subject of the Clinton's Tax returns. I think the
headline is remarkably misleading as is the actual nature of the
story.

I agree she is the remaining weak spot in the story. Additionally she
looks too much like the Blond in angel. I also agree that the huff
story pales in comparison. My husband calls it cheesy, but seems to get
into Moonlight.

I may be stepping into it...but what exactly is wrong with a public

Point taken. If he is going to change his position to fit a
conservative base, it shouldn't need to be adjusted every day. And he
certainly needs to be honest enough to admit that is what he is doing.
However, I can't say that the same problem doesn't exist on the

Doesn't surprise me that this is being talked around. No one expected the race

I agree that they all do it to some extent. I do not think the
republicans do it any more than the dems. Most dems and republicans
alike are more subtle about it. But I think Romney perfected it. Since

The the last three or four episodes, it became surprisingly good. By the
last episode I was totally hooked. I hope they renew it and bring back
the writers who improved the storyline.

When I first heard about this loan, my mind went back to a story I heard, just
before Hillary began her campaign for the NY Senate seat, that she and Bill
were both fairly cash-poor. Given that, this act raised a huge red flag for me.
But I don't think that Obama was terribly bright in saying
In the story below they make it pretty clear that Obama did not ask, the

MSNBC's Chelsea comment angers Clinton

It is interesting that Hillary Clinton, who is drawing most of her
support from blue collar workers, has gotten most of her campaign
financing from well-heeled donors, while Obama, whose supporters tend
to be better educated and more upscale has tapped a deep wellspring of
middle class supporters.
Hilliary can give thanks to John McCain and the campaign finance bills
he helped get passed.

well, that's the balancing act of being a leader of any kind: weighing what you
