what do you mean by rewrite? Do you mean revisit a series and update it in
some ways, maybe telling side stories that were never explored, or updating
some outdated cultural representations? Or do you mean completing redoing the
series?
I don't think any of the series needs a full rewrite,

About to watch Primer on Netflix. I looked it up. It only made $424,760 at
the worldwide box office BUT it only cost $7000 to make. Not a bad return on
investment. 2004 seems so long ago. I suspect a Sundance Audience Award
winner would do much better at the box office, today.
Oddly,
The first time that I saw it, it was on the PBS show called Imagemakers a
couple of years ago. They have been repeating it on IFC this month. Its
coming on IFC again on 2/28 at 3am and 11am.

The style is a little heavy on the cerebral vs visual. I found it
interesting because of the camera style (a reality style) and the directors

A primer is a strand of nucleic acid that serves as a starting point for DNA
replication. They are required because the enzymes that catalyze replication,
DNA polymerases, can only add new nucleotides to an existing strand of DNA. The
polymerase starts replication at the 3'-end of the primer,
