Eureka' Looking At Another Season, 'Flash Gordon' Is Not

Things are looking good for those setting up residence in the little
town of Eureka.
Sources close to SciFi Channel say the show -- as expected -- is looking
at an almost definite third
I'm dancing for joy over the Eureka news, but I'm actually kinda down over
Flash. Wasn't high art, for certain, but it didn't offend me nearly as much as
I thought it would. I could watch the show and not feel cheated.

I can barely stand the Flash commercials and while I'm glad eureka is
returning, the chemistry among the characters and what makes most of
them special has been diffused as a result of mediocre writing.

Flash Gordon sucks beyond belief. It's actually much *worse* than Painkiller
Jane. At least PKJ is halfway consistent in its horrible portrayal of the
Neuros and all. Corny, tedious, trite and derivative, but consistent. Flash
Gordon is just plain crap. The whole jumping from Earth to Mongo
