Plus when bookpacalypse comes from the retail meltdown there will be a shortage

I miss that as well.
I can't do the e-book thing. Comic books work for me in that format but I love
the experience of holding and reading a printed book. The Kindle, Nook, I-pad,
etc. can't seem to replicate it for me

They lost me just last month when I walked up to the help desk and asked for
top recommendations in sci-fi books (recall my posts on the topic). No one
could help. They don't have recommendation lists, not even on the computer.

novels. Amazon.com sent me an e-mail letting me know there was hardcover
edition of the third novel in the series (for which I have been waiting ten
years) available for under $9. Every time I go to Amazon.com there
I had a similar experience the last time I went there. I was looking for a
computer book that was one of their top sellers. I think that they lost
their direction and have completely lost their ability on how to run their
brick and mortar stores.
In order to compete, they need to take a step back
