I really liked it until the last season. They got rid of the
preacher, the black buddy and the sheriff. They made his relationship
with his son sappy and the darkness was reduced.

Don't know about the limp. I missed a season while I was in Mexico.
She got with the senator and then ended up dumping him when John proved
to her that he was just hooking up with her or votes. She was getting
hooked up with John and then she found out he did not tell the full

Yeah - and I got tired of Johnny pining away for his unappreciative ex,
who had been turned into an annoying and unnecessary character.
The writing was uninspired in the last season. I still watched anyway,
hoping it would get back on track.
Ditto about the wife and the season. Add JJ to the list of unnecessary
characters. I was a big fan of the show, but the last season, I
struggled to stay focused though the episodes that I watched. After
