Go buy a mac :o) What kind of modem have you got? Is it a USB one or a Serial one? Type ls -l /dev/modem and tell us what it says. There's a SuSE diagnostic tool, it's call siga or something (it's in the manual) if you could post the output of that on a website or something that may help. Each

Hello All ! I bought amp; installed Suse 9.1 Personal - I've had a few difficulties which I've inquired of one of our number about, and more or less resolved, but honestly, I'm not running the machine now because it is simply too much hassle to sort out - so far, that is !
